We came up with Duing mainly because of our previous experiences. We realized that something like Duing was, not only completely missing, but desperately needed by companies. We love to support enterprises in their evolution, particularly in the connections with the younger generations. We also love the idea that young talents have the chance to prove themselves in a professional working enviroment, being sure that companies will be in safe hands.
Therefore it follows that our mission is to help companies and support students –as someone just reminded us few months ago ‘to keep our society moving forward, we have a generational challenge—to not only create new jobs, but create a renewed sense of purpose’.
We thought Duing as a space where companies can connect with younger talents in order to gather insights, contents and innovations that will have a crucial role in future success. Our model has the big added value that everything companies get out of Duing’s community is genuine and real. No other crowdsourcing enables business to get the pulse of new generations.
